What We Found After Testing PurDentix for Real
Stop putting up with breath you worry about in every close conversation, gums that bleed when you brush and plaque that keeps coming back no matter how much mouthwash you use — PurDentix is here to help you support fresh breath, healthy gums and a confident smile.
This one-tablet daily chewable formula combines 3.5 billion CFU from 4 probiotic strains — Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus reuteri, Bifidobacterium lactis BL-04 and Lactobacillus salivarius — plus Inulin from chicory root, designed to support a balanced oral microbiome, fresher breath and less plaque buildup.
Unlike mouthwashes, mints and gum that only mask odor for a few minutes, PurDentix targets what may be behind the problem: an imbalance of bacteria in the mouth, too few “good” bacteria on the gums and tongue, and harsh rinses that wipe out the helpful ones too — working from the inside out.
Our Verdict: A clean, peppermint chewable oral probiotic trusted by thousands of adults to support fresh breath, healthy gums and a balanced oral microbiome — with no serious side effects reported.

What Real Users Are Saying

★★★★★ ✓ Verified Buyer
“I’m the sommelier at a seafood restaurant, and I spend all evening leaning in close to guests at the table. Between tasting wine and the espresso that gets me through service, my breath felt heavy by nine o’clock, and mints never lasted past the next table.
Then a coworker quietly mentioned it, and I wanted to disappear. I started chewing one PurDentix tablet every night after brushing — it tastes like peppermint and takes ten seconds. Within a few weeks I noticed my mouth felt cleaner when I woke up.
Now I finish a double tasting menu without reaching for a mint, and I talk to guests up close without a second thought. PurDentix gave me back confidence in my breath and my smile at work.”
Scam Alert – How To Avoid Fake PurDentix

What Is PurDentix — And How Does It Actually Work?
PurDentix is a daily oral health supplement in chewable tablet form made with Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus reuteri, Bifidobacterium lactis BL-04, Lactobacillus salivarius and chicory root Inulin — designed for adults dealing with bad breath, bleeding gums and stubborn plaque to help support fresh breath, healthy gums and a balanced oral microbiome.
Unlike swallowed probiotic pills that pass the mouth in a second, PurDentix is a peppermint tablet you chew — so the friendly bacteria spread across your teeth, gums and tongue. One tablet a day, made in the USA in an FDA-registered facility.
It works by supporting the balance of good bacteria in your mouth — not just masking odor for a few minutes.
Here’s how it works:
- 🦠 Supports a healthy oral microbiome with Lactobacillus paracasei and Lactobacillus reuteri, friendly strains that help the good bacteria compete with the odor-causing ones.
- 🌬️ Helps support fresher breath with Lactobacillus salivarius, a strain naturally found in the mouth that supports a cleaner-feeling tongue.
- 🛡️ Supports healthy gums with Bifidobacterium lactis BL-04, which helps maintain a balanced environment around the gumline.
- 🌱 Feeds the good bacteria with Inulin from chicory root, a prebiotic fiber that helps the probiotic strains settle in and thrive.
For adults who notice morning breath that lingers, pink in the sink when they brush or plaque at every cleaning, PurDentix may be the simple daily support their mouth has been waiting for.
The Real Benefits of PurDentix (Backed by Science)

How Should I Take PurDentix?
Chew 1 tablet a day. Many users make it a bedtime ritual — chew it slowly at night after brushing so the friendly bacteria can spread across the teeth, gums and tongue. Each bottle holds 30 tablets, a full 30-day supply.
Is PurDentix Safe To Use?
PurDentix is made in the USA in an FDA-registered, GMP-certified facility. It is non-GMO and stimulant-free. It contains milk, so anyone with a milk allergy should avoid it. Pregnant or nursing women, anyone under 18 and people taking medication should consult a doctor first.
Are There Any Side Effects?
No serious side effects have been reported. As with any probiotic, a few people may notice a short adjustment period in the first days. Do not exceed the suggested serving.
Can PurDentix Replace Brushing Or Dental Visits?
No. PurDentix is designed to support your daily routine, not replace it. Keep brushing, flossing and seeing your dentist — PurDentix adds friendly bacteria that mouthwashes and mints don’t provide.
How Fast Will I See Results?
